About these terms
These terms apply to purchases through the Cross to Wear online store, operated by Cross to Wear LLC. Please review these terms and our Shipping and Returns and Refunds policies before ordering. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.
Orders and payment
Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are displayed before you complete your purchase.
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. If an item becomes unavailable, a listing contains an error, or we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you. We will not charge an increased price or substitute a different item without your agreement. If an order is canceled after payment, we will refund the canceled items and any applicable associated charges.
Made to order products
Review sizes, colors and product details carefully. Screen settings may affect how colors appear. This does not limit remedies for incorrect or defective products.
Contact crosstowearshop@gmail.com immediately to request an order change or cancellation. Because production may begin promptly, we cannot guarantee changes or voluntary cancellations once production has begun. This does not affect cancellation or refund rights required by law.
Shipping and refunds
Our Shipping Policy describes production, delivery and delay handling. Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains assistance for product problems and restrictions on change-of-mind returns. Applicable consumer rights remain in effect.
Site content and contact
Cross to Wear designs, images and other original site content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Buying a product does not grant permission to reproduce its design for commercial use.
