Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States. Available methods and charges depend on the product and delivery address and are shown at checkout. International shipping is not currently available.

Production and delivery
Each item is made to order. Most orders take 2-7 business days to produce before shipment. Holidays, busy periods and product availability may affect timing. Production time and shipping time are separate unless expressly stated otherwise.

For most U.S. orders, Standard Shipping typically takes 2-5 business days after shipment. If Economy Shipping is offered and selected, delivery typically takes 4-8 business days after shipment. Some destinations, including Alaska and Hawaii, may require additional time. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

These timeframes are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated estimate and explain your options to agree to a delay or cancel for a refund. We will obtain consent where required by law.

Updates and separate shipments
You will receive an order confirmation by email. When items ship, we will send tracking information when available. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created. Items may ship from different locations and arrive separately.

Addresses and delivery problems
Check your address before purchase. Email crosstowearshop@gmail.com promptly if it needs correction. Changes may not be possible once production or shipping begins. Additional charges may apply if incorrect or incomplete address information requires reshipment.

If an order is delayed or tracking shows a delivery problem, contact us with your order number. For damaged or incorrect items, see our Returns and Refunds Policy.
